Crazy Lawsuit - Judge lets claim against 4 year old go forward
A New York judge is letting a case against a 4 year old who was riding a bicycle go forward. Apparently the young cyclist hit a elderly lady and, sadly, she died laterBut negligence for a 4 year old. Nope. That's another crazy lawsuit.
