Here is some feedback that we got recently regarding
"Why Most Medical Malpractice Victims Never Recover a Dime."
"I did get the book and several booklets. Read every word by the way. I discussed the pertinent facts with several members of my family, which I had outlined in brief summary in my message to you. Finally I spoke with my wife, who was the person most directly effected by the
errors of the several surgeons. At any rate, despite acknowledged issues arising from the case - mostly time, pain and suffering plus the added medical expenses, her (our) greatest need is for an
honest admission of wrong doing - in short - an apology from the doctors. She realizes this is unlikely to happen and has no desire to pursue the case, regardless of its merits. I defer to her choice in this matter.. She feels that the doctors are not incompetent jerks - they simply made mistakes and demonstrated unsound judgement which resulted in unfortunate consequences.
