Contrary to the assertions of insurance companies, some politicians and many in the media, most people are not "sue happy." Many come to personal injury lawyers' offices and say "I never thought I'd find myself in a lawyers office talking about a lawsuit."

Fact is that life happens and sometimes an injury is causd by the negligence of someone else. Not all the time...certainly not every scratch and bruise is a lawsuit waiting to happen...
