Who Can Testify In a Brain Injury Case

One of the most frequently asked questions about brain injury cases in Virginia is "who is qualified to testify about a victim's brain injury?" The Supreme Court of Virginia has answered this question, at least as it involves a psychologist who tried to testify about some testing and his conclusion about the brain injury.
