Lawyer Sues Wrong Doctor - VA Supreme Court Upholds Reprimand

"Bob Vaughan" was the one attorney Michael Weatherbee meant to sue in a Warren county medical malpractice case, but he ended up suing Dr. Ward Vaughan. Big mistake.

Weatherbee's suit against Dr. Ward Vaughan was dismissed as "frivolous" and Weatherbee got a public reprimand from the VA State Bar.

Not sure how you get "Bob" and "Ward" mixed up but it just goes to show why you need an experienced medical malpractice attorney to handle your case.
