More Doctors Doing Plastic Surgery?

The Washington Post Health Section had a good article on July 4th about how more and more doctors are "branching out" to do plastic surgery in their offices. The reason? Money. You see, most cosmetic plastic surgery is not covered by insurance. This means that the doctor can charge for, and collect, full price. This is not necessarily a bad thing but more and more we are seeing cosmetic plastic surgery malpractice claims arising from doctors who really have no business doing the surgery.
