Slip and Fall Cases in Virginia
We get about two calls a week from folks who have slipped and fallen in a store or other public or private premises. In most cases the injured person has slipped on a substance (as opposed to tripping on an object.)I've written an article on the subject of Virginia slip and fall claims to help answer some questions that people have.
