Do you have an employer sponsored long term disability policy? Most of them aren't worth the paper they are written on but if your employer's policy has any of these clauses in them, they are worse than most.Check out this article I wrote on Long Term Disability Policies for The Safety Report.

Number of insurance companies are rising everyday and their service is degrading, still no strict action is taken against these. There are many people having long term disability insurance but are not aware of disability benefits law.
