Yale Student Sues over Lost X-Box -- Frivolous Case of the Week
Here's the knucklehead lawsuit of the month.A Yale College student (just what are they teaching these kids in school today?) has sued U.S. Airwarys for $1 million for losing his X-Box.
Poor baby.
I'd love to know whether this guy had a lawyer or not. If he does, shame on the lawyer. Its this sort of thing that gives all lawyers a bad name and makes it tougher for people will legitimate claims to get heard in court.
