EARLY CANCELLATION: Can I cancel a policy within in the first 2 years or so even though the policy is non-cancellable until age 65?

A: You always have the right to cancel a policy.  Of course, once you cancel it you will not be entitled to benefits should you otherwise qualify for benefits.  The term "non-cancellable" generally means that the insurance company cannot cancel the policy until a certain age.

Remember, we set up this "send Ben Glass an email" form for your convenience. This form does not make you a client of BenGlassLaw. Ben is licensed in Virginia and the District of Columbia only.
