Frequently Asked Questions about Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, and Insurance Disputes

Q: What do I do if I suspect that malpractice has occurred?

A: Any medical malpractice attorney who is going to review your case will need a complete set of the relevant medical records.  However, we generally advise that you speak to an experienced medical malpractice attorney before ordering the records because an experienced attorney can give you some idea of whether you have a viable case or not.  We also suggest, if you suspect that malpractice has occurred, that you start a diary for note keeping because even though the events are fresh and clear in your mind today they may not be several years from now when your case comes to trial.
