Frequently Asked Questions about Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, and Insurance Disputes

Q: Should I take pictures of the scene of an accident?

A: Yes, you should take pictures of the scene of an accident if it is safe to do so and if the injured have been cared for. The insurance company will be sending their adjuster out to take pictures and if the accident involved a large truck, their investigators may be on the scene before the police!!

So, if it is safe you should take picturs of the scene of an accident. It may also be helpful for you to go back to the scene of an accident to take pictures to better explain to your attorney what happened.
