Plaintiff Sandra Grant filed this action against defendant Eaton Corporation Long-Term Disability Plan claiming that she was denied long-term disability benefits to which she was entitled, in violation of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, 29 U.S.C. ยง 1001 et seq.
