Typically, a good lawyer will have all of this neatly packaged into a bundle that they can send to you to before you get in your car, and burn an hour of your life with them at their free consultation. This allows you time to do your research without being trapped by some sleazy lawyer who pushes a contract on you in your consultation, with pressuring and manipulative tactics.
