As reported by the local federal prosecutor, 29 year old Nadin Samnang of Ashburn, Virginia has been convicted by an Alexandria federial jury for his role in fake mortgage loan transactions involving at least 25 homes in the northern Virginia area and more than $7 million in total losses to lenders, including banks.  Samnang was formerly a realtor with Monorom Realty and Fairfax Realty in Virginia.

We hope that Judge Gerald Bruce Lee (formerly an Alexandria attorney and then Fairfax Circuit Court Judge) sends Mr. Samnang away for a long time.
